Things not to do in Santo Domingo:

Values: in your safe. Don't Bring value items to Santo Domingo, this is not a place to show off your skinny jeans; queens!

Lock all items in your safe.

Money: Keep all money out of sight of your company don't display it in anyway, Dominicans can and will count your money in a split second.

Credit cards: Do not leave your credit card out in your room, don't let your company have or see it for any reason.

ATM's: Atm's are the ones in America, but they only give you Paso's not US cash. Please know what the conversion rate is before you withdraw. And don't let anyone, I mean anyone help you.

PASSPORT: Make a photo copy of passport and keep the hard copies in your safe at all times.

Cell Phones:  If it don't work or if you do not need it to make any calls leave your phone in your safe.

Shoe's: The boys in Santo Domingo love Nike's and other high price shoes. If you have company please watch your shoe's when your company leaves the room, he might have them on his feet.

Watches: Kenneth Cole watches are high theft items, don't take them off when you have company.

iPods, iPhones, and MP3 players: keep all items in your safe, why do you need these items while in Santo Domingo other than the Airport or on your flight.

Computers: Put them away when guest are visiting.

Cologne: Keep all cologne in a safe place other than the bathroom.

Food: remember you are in a third world country, don't expect to get what you get in America, don't ask for a chef salad at a local place

Toothbrush: Keep your toothbrush in a safe because your guest will use it, and they will. Have a value pack of tooth brushes out in bathroom for them to use, they are a dollar at the dollar store!

Don't brush your teeth with the city water!

Don't Fleet with the tap water use room temperature bottle water, Bring your own fleet.

Wash cloths/Towels: Have one out for your guest's to use.

Sleeping: If you decide to have a guest stay over please don't sleep hard, when they move you move. And don't leave them in the main area alone, and don't fall asleep after sex! Put they nasty ass out!

Sex: Please use condoms! at all times! Nasty Bitches!

Room: When leaving your room for any reason please put away all value items, who knows who you might meet in the streets and invite them back to your room.

Room Keys/Safe Keys: Keep your safe locked at all times don't not let your company see you store it, don't give your key to any local guests.

Hotel Refrigerator/snack bar:  Don't allow your guest to run through the refrigerator eating everything in sight unless you are willing to pay high dollars for the items when you check out.

Negotiate price: Please confirm all prices before you do anything, if your guest don't speak or understand English please have someone to translate or write it down.
